Pre-natal Core Strength & Stretch Deepen a current practice or step onto the mat for the first time. Pregnancy is an amazing time to welcome yoga into one’s life. Appropriate for all levels and trimesters. Please bring a yoga mat. SHiNE Dance Fitness Escape from daily stress with original routines, hut music and choreography for all abilities. Each class combines intense cardio and toning for a full body workout Stay Strong Exercise as a prescription for cancer. Low impact exercises in a highly motivating environment support physical and emotional well-being throughout participants’ cancer journey. This class is self-paced, participants must have an oncologist and/or family doctor clearance to exercises. Strength & Flow Fuse 30 minutes of total body conditioning with 30 minutes of power yoga. Stretch Full body stretches promote flexibility, mobility, and relaxation. Guided by an experienced instructor.
Strength & Stretch Build endurance and maintain bone mass, class ends with stretching and relaxation. 50+ sessions feature modifications for greater accessibility. Vinyasa Yoga Connect movement and breath in Vinyasa Yoga for a practice that builds strength, balance, and inner peace. Yoga 50+ Boost mindfulness, balance and flexibility with modified options. All levels and abilities are welcome. Yoga Fit Yoga inspired fitness with slow and controlled movements with weights. All levels and abilities are welcome. Zumba, Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold Boost energy with a total body workout. Zumba Toning incorporates lightweights. Zumba Gold is a good pace for beginners and older adults.

Expect your first session of 90 minutes to include consultation time and active floor time.
