This milestone was achieved following three strategic leasing transactions totaling 8,608 s/f, signing a diverse mix of tenants to complete the building’s roster: American Cedar & Millwork (4,208 s/f) is a family-owned, high-end architectural build - ing materials dealer, operat - ing in the Mid-Atlantic for over 40 years. Corolla Beauty (2,200 s/f) is a beauty supply and whole - sale company specializing in professional-grade hair care products and salon equipment. Neural Movement (2,200 s/f) is an innovative fitness and re - habilitation facility that bridges the gap between neuroscience and physical performance. “The landlord came to us with a clear objective, and they chose KLNB because they knew our reputation for delivering results,” said KLNB’s Keiry Martinez. “Our deep understanding of the industrial market allowed us to provide our client with the data-focused insights neces - sary to make informed, confi - dent decisions.
