Precast panels installed at 25 Abeel Road in Monroe, New Jersey REDCOM announces construction progress for industrial warehouse during extreme weather M ONROE, NJ — REDCOM Design & Construction
announced the construction progress at a new industrial warehouse at 25 Abeel Rd. in Monroe. The warehouse has reached a key milestone, with precast panels now offi - cially installed on the project site. This achievement marks significant movement in the ground-up development of the facility and demonstrates the team’s commitment de - spite challenging winter weather conditions. According to Meteorolo - gist Joe Martucci in ‘Cup of Joe,’ “The coldest winter in 10 years just froze N.J. What stood out the most to me was how long the cold lasted. December, Janu - ary and February were all colder than normal, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).” This accomplishment re - flects the strength of coor - dination and collaborative effort among REDCOM’s pro - fessionals. As a full-service design and build firm with decades of experience, RED - COM continues to drive in - novation and quality in every phase of construction. As work continues, the team remains focused on de - livering a high-quality facility that meets the operational needs of its future occupants while upholding REDCOM’s standards for craftsmanship and client service. In other news. Ryan Tei- cher , CEO of REDCOM Design & Construction, an award-winning, full-service commercial architectural design, engineering, and gen - eral contracting firm, was a recent guest on Construction Genius. It’s much quicker when you’re dealing with a firm like us. We don’t have to wait for communications between
architects and engineers and estimating and construction. We’re all on the same team. We coordinate really well.”
