Size: 5,000 SF Working collaboratively with renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Christian Subbio, Precis Engineering + Architecture transformed and expanded the medical facility. The 5,000 s/f design and construction project reimagined the client experience, blending luxury, innovation, and artistry in one exceptional environment. The center presents a bold, modern street presence while striking an interior balance between elegance and advanced patient care. The facility includes seven surgical/treatment rooms, a hyperbaric chamber, LED light therapy room, administrative area, private offices, and a training room for the broadcast of live presentations and educational webinars around the world. Dr. Subbio’s personal and collected artwork adds a unique element.
Size: 36,612 SF New & 4,386 SF Renovation Preconstruction and construction management services for a major expansion and renovation of the State of Delaware’s Division of Public Health laboratory facility. The 36,612‑square‑foot addition and 4,386‑square‑foot renovation were delivered through phased construction to maintain operations. Scope included eleven new or refurbished laboratories, administrative offices, training areas, biological sample receiving, a mechanical mezzanine, warehouse space, and multi‑purpose program areas. The EPI Wing addition provides BSL‑1 and BSL‑3 labs, gowning and doffing areas, an autoclave, rabies testing space, and two floors of epidemiology offices. The project enhances statewide public health capabilities through modernized laboratory environments and expanded capacity.
