Currently under construction, it provides critical housing opportunities for families in Atlantic County. Designed to achieve LEED and ENERGY STAR certification, the development incorporates environmentally responsible building systems that enhance efficiency and indoor air quality. Apartments feature high-end finishes, including full-size washers and dryers, fully equipped kitchens, and secure key fob access. The $32 million development will expand wellness, aquatics, youth programs, and community space, supported by partnerships among the Metropolitan YMCA of the Oranges, local government, donors, and financial institutions. The project officially broke ground on June 2, 2025, marking the start of construction on a state of the art center designed to serve future generations. Located at 304 S. Livingston Avenue, the new facility is expected to open in late 2026 and strengthen community engagement for decades to come.

Located on the Bridgeview Academy campus, this first-of-its-kind, community hub centralizes student enrollment with integrated health, ESL program- ming and workforce development. Marking DIG’s first Lehigh Valley Region Architect-of-Record assignment, the center eliminates systemic barriers by providing a compassionate, “one-stop shop” for students and families. Partially funded by a Multi-Purpose Community Facili - ties grant, this light-filled two-story environment bridges the gap between education and essential human services to strengthen community engagement and foster long- term achievement and wellness for all residents.
Size: 199,593 SF / 7.6 Acres This project broke ground 3/10/2025. This new Independent and Assisted Living Community features 170 residences for seniors, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care options. The main entrance includes various amenities such as a full commercial kitchen, dining facilities, multipurpose and fitness rooms, a commercial laundry, and additional community amenities and support offices.
Size: 160 New Residential Units River Station Phase II follows on the heels of the successful l easeup of the first 203 units. This 2nd phase will stagger delivery its two new buildings, the first in July, and the 2nd in November. Phase II adds 160 luxury units to the community that includes 10,000 s/f of retail space, connectivity to the county-wide trail network, is a short walk to downtown Downingtown, and adjacent to the future Downingtown Train Station.
