Size: 40,225 SF Bucknell University’s West Campus Student Housing Building 5 involved preconstruction and construction management services for a new four story residential building delivered using modular construction on an active campus. The project included demolition of existing housing and construction of 94 student beds in an apartment style setting, along with extensive site improvements. Enhancements included underground stormwater management, new parking, outdoor patio spaces, and improvements to an existing pedestrian tunnel. Designed to achieve LEED Silver certification, the project balanced sustainability goals with efficient delivery and campus coordination. The result is modern student housing that supports campus life while minimizing disruption within an occupied university environment.
