Founded in 1989, CREW NJ (Commercial Real Estate Women, Inc.) is the New Jersey chapter of the international CREW Network consisting of over 14,000 members in 80+ major global markets. The not-for-profit organization is the leading NJ organization promoting the advancement of professional women in CRE. Our members come from diverse fields and backgrounds, which provides CREW NJ with a remarkable depth and breadth of industry talent. They include both women and men in all roles involved in CRE: accountants, architects, appraisers, asset/property managers, attorneys, consultants, developers, engineers, lenders, leasing and sales brokers, mortgage bankers/brokers, marketing specialists, market and investment analysts, corporate real estate representatives, title/escrow officers and more. CREW NJ’s four key initiatives consist of premier industry education, career / leadership development, networking and community service. Our chapter continues to come up with creative ways to keep our members connected to both our local and global industry network, enabling them to exchange resources, business leads and expertise while continuing to cultivate their personal and professional relationships.
