The BEST GIVING BACK of 2025

The Precis commitment to our community involves supporting career exposure and opportunities for young people of underrepresented backgrounds through involvement in Women in STEM and the ACE Mentor Program. We also recognize the importance of giving back through long-term support of Cradles to Crayons, the Mattie N. Dixon Community Cupboard, and Cancer Legacy in Action Projects.

Walters has made ongoing contributions to the communities it serves, supporting organizations such as the American Red Cross, American Cancer Society, Fulfill Monmouth & Ocean, Habitat for Humanity, Toys for Tots, local fire departments, youth sports leagues, and hurricane relief efforts. Walters also invests in education, awarding annual scholarships to Barnegat Bay and Stafford–area students. In 2025, four seniors received $8,000, bringing the program’s total to nearly 50 scholarships totaling close to $100,000. Walters’ annual Thanksgiving basket drive provided 120 food baskets last year, while its Giving Tree program assisted 21 resident families and seniors during the holiday season.

DIG believes its responsibility to the community goes hand-in-hand with its work in the built environment. In addition to designing impactful PK-12, higher education, healthcare, senior living and community/ civic spaces, the firm is actively involved in programs that promote mentorship, access and opportunity within architecture and STEM fields. DIG regularly supports initiatives that connect professionals with students from diverse backgrounds, including mentorship networks, local high schools & vocational academies, educational speaking engagements and involvement in industry conversations regarding diversity and representation. The firm also engages with the neighborhoods and organizations connected to its projects, reinforcing a people-first approach & long-term community investment. NAIDB’s commitment to community is deeply woven into its culture and day-to-day operations. In 2025, the firm marked Hunger Action Month through continued support of the Community FoodBank of New Jersey and supported the State Theatre New Jersey Annual Benefit Gala, reinforcing its long-standing dedication to the arts and social impact. Recognized in 2025 as a NJ Business of the Year finalist, NAIDB and its leadership support a broad range of causes, including youth, health and wellness initiatives, educational programs and not-for-profit community-based organizations. These efforts unite team members around shared purpose, strengthening both internal culture and community impact. Philanthropy is a cornerstone of IMC Construction’s culture and identity. We believe in supporting the communities where we live and work, and we have embedded this commitment into every aspect of our company. To strengthen and expand our charitable impact, the IMC Charitable Foundation was established to empower nonprofit organizations throughout our region. Through the Foundation, we partner with communities by providing outreach, education, sponsorships, and fundraising support in the areas surrounding our projects. For the past 20 years, the IMC Charitable Foundation has hosted an annual charity golf outing. Over its history, this event has raised more than $2 million and supported 150 organizations dedicated to conservation, education, cancer research, and improving opportunities for economically disadvantaged individuals. At the employee level, our culture of giving is reinforced through the IMC Volunteer Program, which encourages every team member to give back. Each employee receives three paid volunteer days annually, along with access to multiple volunteer opportunities throughout the year—fostering connection, pride, and meaningful community impact.

Emory Hill consistently gives back on an annual basis with community involvement spanning organizations such as The Mary Campbell Center, Easterseals, Good - will of Delaware & Delaware County, Meals on Wheels Lewes-Rehoboth, Sultana Education Foundation, Stop Soldier Suicide and more. Recently, we won the “Of the Community” award recognizing our philanthropic efforts at the NAI Global conference.

Our experience giving back is centered around our Volunteer Committee, which organizes quarterly donation drives and is actively working to coordinate volunteer days that allow employees to give back to the community in meaningful, hands-on ways.

NAI Summit was committed to community engagement throughout 2025. Each quarter, our team dedicated time to volunteering or fundraising in support of local non- profit organizations. Early in the year, we sorted and organized in-kind donations for The Kindness Project, which serves foster families in our community. Throughout the year, we participated in several impactful fundraising initiatives, including Habitat for Humanity’s She Nailed It! Competition, plus a team walk benefiting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, as well as the annual commercial real estate brunch event supporting local NICU facilities. We concluded the fall season with a joint volunteer day alongside NAI James E. Hanson, harvesting crops for America’s Grow-A-Row. We are incredibly proud of our Volunteer Committee and grateful for the opportunity to give back to the communities where we live and work. At NAI James E. Hanson, community involvement is a core part of our culture. Our team is proud to support a variety of charitable causes through fundraising initiatives and volunteer opportunities throughout the year. These events not only allow us to give back to the communities we serve but also bring our team together in meaningful ways. Below are several of the events and initiatives our employees participate in each year. • Annual Coat Drive - Jersey Cares • Thanksgiving Food Drive - Center for Food Action (CFA) • School Supply Drive - Boys & Girls Club of Lower Bergen County • ARC - holiday gift drive for families in need • ACS - Fundraiser • Grow-A -Row- harvested crops to support local farms

CMM embodies a socially conscious ethos where professional excellence and community purpose intersect. The firm’s commitment to giving back is foundational; CMM actively champions its own philanthropic causes in the areas of women’s health, wellness and the safety of others while intentionally cultivating a client roster that mirrors its core values of community outreach. By prioritizing partnerships with organizations dedicated to social responsibility, CMM ensures its creative efforts amplify meaningful impact. Whether through local advocacy, financial support or the donation of firm talent and resources, CMM measures its achievement by community impact and lasting legacy rather than mere market presence.

Two “Giving Back” highlights illustrate Prism’s philanthropic focus in 2025. The team collected and donated Christmas toys to Clifton Fire Station 4 and hosted a food drive to benefit the Nutley Family Services food pantry. Not only did Prism employees contribute, but Prism’s friends and tenants, including Proponent Federal Credit Union, participated in both initiatives. It was truly heartwarming and inspiring to see everyone come together – especially during these challenging times – to support one another and make a positive impact in our communities through these acts of generosity and kindness.
