Full possession and salvage value sells on all bulls unless otherwise stated. LIABILITY: All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. Turtle Creek Angus or Faith Livestock Auction assumes no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents which may occur. GUARANTEE: All bulls are guaranteed for the 1st breeding season. If something happens to your bull let us know in a timely manner and a replacement will be offered if one is available or a credit minus the salvage value will be offered for next years sale. All injured bulls must be seen by a licensed veterinarian. INSURANCE: Martin Trudeau Insurance will be represented at the sale; we encourage you to look into this service. DELIVERY: We will begin delivering bulls a week or two following the sale. Please make arrangements with us following the sale if you need them sooner. Bulls can be taken home sale day as well.
