Welcome to the March 2026 edition of the National Fenestration Awards Magazine As we move further into the year, it’s clear that 2026 is shaping up to be another exciting chapter for the fenestration industry. Innovation, collaboration, and the continued recognition of excellence remain at the heart of everything we do, and this issue reflects just how much momentum there is across the sector. One of the biggest highlights this month is the official launch of ticket sales for the 2026 National Fenestration Awards Winners’ Event. After two consecutive sell- out years, anticipation is already building for what promises to be our biggest celebration yet. Returning to Doncaster Racecourse and the Hilton Garden Inn on Saturday 24th October, the event once again brings together a unique combination of racing, networking, and the presentation of the industry’s most coveted awards - all voted for by the people who work within it. We’re also proud to announce an important change to the Young Person of the Year category. Recognising the critical importance of attracting and retaining new talent, the awards will now celebrate the top three finalists rather than a single winner. The future of our industry relies on the next generation, and widening the spotlight allows us to celebrate more of the young professionals who are already making a real difference.
Across this issue, you’ll also find a strong focus on innovation and development throughout the supply chain. From advancements in aluminium systems and hardware to the latest product launches showcased at international exhibitions like Fensterbau Frontale, it’s clear that manufacturers and suppliers continue to push the boundaries of performance, efficiency, and design. Safety and professional development also remain key themes. Our continued partnership with training specialists highlights the growing importance of expertise and compliance across the industry - particularly when it comes to critical areas such as fire door performance and installation. Alongside these stories, we feature a number of companies demonstrating how investment in new products, partnerships, and regional expansion is helping them future-proof their businesses in a competitive market. As always, this magazine is about more than news — it’s about the people and organisations who make the fenestration industry such a dynamic and resilient sector. Thank you to all our contributors, sponsors, and readers for your continued support. We look forward to seeing many of you throughout the year - and of course, at the 2026 National Fenestration Awards Winners’ Event in October.
