PARKS FOR ALL FOUNDATION The Parks For all Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization, which uses tax deductible contributions, bequests and sponsorships to support major capital improvements, programs and special projects for Shawnee County Parks + Recreation. The foundation is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors whose mission is to enhance the park and recreation experience in Shawnee County through charitable contributions of time and resources. Parks and Recreation facilities add to the community’s quality of life and quality of place; they provide a sense of pride and cohesion.
