The Fairfax ‘To Go’ menus will offer a prime rib, chicken and salmon option for the first two Saturdays in April. The menus and registration pages can be found on the Fairfax calendar here.

Pavilion on the Green - Currently open 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM everyday Beginning week of 15 April - Labor Day (or whenever pool closes): Monday-Wednesday: 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM Thursday-Sunday: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Grill and Patio - Currently open: Thursday & Friday: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM (bar until 5:00 PM)
Saturday: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM Sunday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Beginning 15 April: Thursday-Saturday11:00 AM to 9:00 PM Sunday: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
We will continue to offer ‘To Go’ melas on Thursday, Friday and Saturday through 10 April. After 10 April, we will continue to promote online ordering and call in ordering from our all day grill menu.
