He will integrate mobilization with movement techniques, biomechanics, and soft tissue mobilization to help achieve patient goals. He believes in a patient centric approach in which each treatment plan is specific to the individual being seen for physical therapy. Phil has a background in sports as a strength and conditioning coach for the Seattle Mariners. He also has experience providing strength and conditioning to professional athletes, division I collegiate athletes, and elite amateurs. His strong passion for athletics and injury prevention led him to pursue a career in physical therapy. Phil takes pride in providing education to patients to help guide them to a more healthy and fit lifestyle.

Laser therapy uses a process called photobiomodulation. Unlike medications, laser therapy reduces pain without undesirable side effects. It is also important to point out that patients report long-lasting pain relief. While the number of treatments required may vary depending on the acuity of the condition, many patients experience relief after only a couple treatments. HEALTHY RECIPE MIRACLE RED JUICE

INGREDIENTS • 2 large beets • 4 long carrots • 2 apples • 6 celery stalks

• 2 limes or lemons • 2 inches of Ginger

DIRECTIONS Prepare beets, carrots, apples, celery, limes (or lemons) and ginger by chopping into smaller pieces before placing into a juicer. As the skin of a beet is packed with antioxidants and nutrients, it is recommended to leave the skin on the beet. Do not peel the ginger, which you will add to taste as ginger can be spicy. After all ingredients are added to the juicer, blend until juiced and smooth. Miracle Red Juice can be absorbed more easily on an empty stomach. Drink one glass every other day or as needed.
