Malaysia’s Smart Cities Initiatives There are 26 pilot smart ci�es in the ASEAN Smart City Network (ASCN) and four of the 26 ci�es are in Malaysia, namely, Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching and Iskandar Malaysia. Other smart ci�es in Malaysia are as illustrated in Figure 1-3.
