BRE GETS ENGAGED! Health &Wellness The Newsletter About Your Health And Caring For Your Body We are so excited to announce that our very own PT Bre recently got engaged! September, 2017

Bre first met Chuck in 2012 when she was in Washington for an eight week long internship for PT school. After getting to know each other, they ended up dating long distance for a few years. When Bre graduated from PT school in 2015 she moved to Washington to be closer to Chuck. Here’s her story in her own words: “We got engaged on June 25th during a family photo session. Sara (yes, our wonderful receptionist) does photography on the side and collaborated with me to do a family photo shoot for Chuck’s mom, Shari, as a Christmas present. Shari decided to do the photos at the Nancy Russel overlook at the top of the Cape Horn trail. My mom was in town visiting in June and Shari decided to do the family photos at that time so my mom could be a part of them. Unbeknownst to everyone (not even the photographer knew), Chuck proposed at the end of the session. I said ‘yes!’”

Think PT First

“Coming here was like finding a jewel in my backyard. The expertise and professionalism is exceptional. What was/is so professional to me is the TIME that was taken. In this day and age when no one takes the time to listen, this place is refreshing. I originally came in for my knee. I couldn’t walk. I miraculously healed in a few days but then my back bizarrely went out. I have never partaken in PT and it was a wonderful experience. I love all the specific stretching and strengthening exercises and observing my body get more flexible and stronger. Peak Motion provided a huge tool box for me to utilize so that I can be self-reliant in being strong, healthy, and flexible. Thank you.” - Amy K. I miraculously healed in a few days!
