• Act as an ambassador for the Above and Beyond Behaviour Framework, empowering colleagues to challenge behaviours that do not align. • Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, coaching and supervision of the team. • Ensure that reporting lines engage in regular and meaningful performance development conversations i.e. 1-1’s and the formal PDR process. • Identify and work, with HR’s support, to address performance concerns as they arise and without delay. • Ensure that the team consistently achieve full compliance in training, and subsequent record keeping. Identify and liaise with the Talent team to address any additional training needs within the team. • Lead on communication and engagement strategies and actions within the team. • Plan and organise staff resources - monitoring absences, timekeeping, and additional staff expenses, ensuring that resources are appropriately aligned to the delivery of business requirements. • Enhance and develop the capability of the team, continually working to drive improved performance. Other Information • The post holder will be required to regularly travel to other UPP sites, with associated overnight stays. • Consistently perform in a manner which aligns to Above and Beyond Behaviour Framework • Other duties as commensurate within the post
