The Old Alleynian Association Football Chairman: Ben Precious (02-07) Treasurer: Freddy Bucknell (02-07) Club Captain/1 XI Captain: Josh Lawrence (02-07) 2nd XI Captain: Jake Higgins (98-07) Club Secretary: Anu Ogunbiy (02-09) Founded in 2014 by Ben Precious, the Old Allyenian Association Football Club has been a runaway success. Football is deeply ingrained into the Dulwich College experience, whether you represented the school or kicked a patball around with ‘blazers-for- goalposts’. To date, we have had OAs spanning a 10 year age difference line up to represent the OAAFC. Perhaps not surprisingly, the social element of the club comes very naturally, and it is always a great moment when both the 1s and 2s meet back at the Alleyn’s Head after their respective games.
one team and playing in Division 5 South the Arthurian league we were promoted as champions, to Division 4. On top of that the club won the David Walcott Trophy (DWT) that season as well. There was more success to follow as the club was promoted the following season as champions of Division 4, we reached the Quarter Finals of the Junior League cup, the final of the DWT and Semi Finals of the iconic Arthur Dunn. It’s worth noting that the Arthur Dunn is the second oldest football tournament after the FA cup, and the Semi Final was kindly hosted by the school. This season has seen the club continue to grow with the successful launch of a second team So far, the 1st XI are 7 wins from 7 in Division 3, and the 2nd XI are unbeaten with a game in hand - currently 4th place in the table. Training takes place during the winter months on the artificial pitch at the Charter School in Dulwich on
