TIAA tapps SJP Project Solutions to oversee space execution SJPProperties reveals 64,000 s/f interior office build-out

SELIN, NJ — SJP Prop- erties has announced the completion of TIAA’s 64,000 s/f interior office build- out at 194 Wood Ave. South in Metropark. TIAA, a leading Fortune 100 financial services organization, tapped SJP Proj- ect Solutions , SJP’s third- party project and construction management division, to over- see the space’s execution. SJP is the original owner and developer of 194 Wood Ave. South, a 470,692 s/f, headquar- ters-quality office tower that was owned by AIG at the time of the project, and later sold by AIG in August of this year. TIAA selected SJP Project Solu- tions for its redevelopment ex- pertise, superior relationships with subcontractors, ability to work quickly, and knowledge of the property; Project Solutions finished the entire build-out in just under nine weeks. “This is now a more modern workplace — the best quality interior space in Metropark — that effectively brings TIAA’s employees and operations into the future,” said Peter Bron- snick , president - New Jersey Region, SJP Properties. “These two floors at 194 Wood Ave. represent the changes we can expect to see across the market as we continue to reimagine of- fice configurations and design
