She oversees all aspects of real estate sales and property management for the company’s corporate, com- mercial, industrial, retail, and Marcus &Millichap arranges the sale of a 14,325 s/f mixed- use building JERSEYCITY, NJ — Mar- cus & Millichap announced the sale of 402 Communipaw Ave., a 14,325 s/f mixed-use property located in Jersey City, according to James Mc- Guckin , regional manager of the firm’s New Jersey office. The asset sold for $2.8 million. “This deal faced many hur- dles due to COVID-19,” said Daniel Aviles , investment sales specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Saddle Brook of- fice. “Through our marketing process and strong relation- ships with both the seller and buyers, we were able to overcome those obstacles, sign a non-contingent contract, and successfully close during this pandemic.” Aviles announced the sale along with Andrew Zuck - erman and Casey Egan , of the firm’s New Jersey office. The sales team represented the undisclosed seller, and also procured the buyers, a private investment group. “Jersey City continues see strong interest from both local and new to market capital.
