Communication Platforms Login’s are provided by your Supervisor

Your supervisor should have provided you with your credentials to access your Bainbridge Email (Microsoft Outlook).

These credentials are used for all Microsoft apps, including: Email in Outlook Calendar Tasks

Contacts Note-taking Journal logging, Web browsing, and more!

For office team members: your Impact Mentorship will take place here. Teams is our platform for chat, videoconference,

S tore files and application integration. You can use Teams to communicate with any member of our organization with a Bainbridge email.

This is where you can save files to the cloud and share them with other team members.

Grace Hill/TBU Please Note: Grace Hill is a Single Sign on system. If/when people share a computer, they will need to open a “Private” or “Incognito” window to be able to log in. This is most cases for service team members. Go to this link. Save the URL! https://bainbridge.performancehq.gracehill.com/auth/signin

Navigating Grace Hill/ TBU Assignments

Assignments

Assignments can be found under the TBU dashboard or the

“Assignments” tab on the left. They are assigned according to the due date. Please keep in mind that a few courses will be due right away. Complete courses by the due to grow your career and make your bonus potential!

Upcoming Instructor-Led Trainings Also be found on the Dashboard of TBU. These are live classes given to anyone who signs up. Some ILT’s are required (You’ll be notified of those). When you select “Save” you will receive an email enrolling you in the class. Download the file in the email to add the class to your Outlook calendar.

Navigating to Bainbridge System Training & Onboarding The purpose of this site is to point you to the training available to you for all systems. This site is not intended to be where you actually complete the training, but where you would go to find out where to go! Here, y ou will find internal and external training sources. You'll find: instructor-led virtual training by our own teams; in-person classes training within other systems (such as Yardi classes in Yardi Aspire); externally offered classes that you can opt into from our vendors' websites; and/ or virtual instructor-led from the vendor.

Our goal is to help you navigate all of our systems' training platforms.

In addition to training resources, you will find onboarding checklists, as well as the entire learning plan for each position (all the eLearning classes they will take during their first year).

Team Member Initiation (TMI)

Team Member Initiation is offered bi-weekly and gives a great introduction into The Bainbridge Company and the important role you play by joining our team.

Please check the Grace Hill/TBU Calendar for the next session.

For Onsite: Please complete this Product Knowledge Workbook to get familiar with your community & location Select icon here:

You may register on TBU in advance, or Learning & Development will send you a personal invite the day before the class date. You will receive emails detailing how to join the class. TMI is a virtual program You’ll participate in 1 to 4 sessions, depending on your position.

Day 1 of TMI: Tuesdays, bi-weekly in the a.m. All Team Members including Corporate attend You’ll share your strengths and our purpose together. We’ll look at your benefits and how you’ll be an important part of our mission, vision and core values. Day 2 of TMI: Wednesdays, bi-weekly in the a.m. (same week as Day 1) Office Team members only Focused on Sales and Luxury Experience Day 3 of TMI: Fridays, bi-weekly in the a.m. (same week as Day 1) Continuation of Sales/Luxury Experience from Day 2 Community Managers attend a separate Community Manager-focused TMI session with Barbara Carrera at a later date. You will be notified by Barbara of the date and time Watch for your email and calendar invite

Keep your eyes out for your TMI invitation!

Bainbridge Policies/Gracie Policies can be found by selecting the “Policy” tab on the left- hand side of Grace Hill/TBU. Use the search bar on the top right to search for a specific policy by using a keyword.

Gracie is a new AI chat feature in Grace Hill/TBU. Use Gracie when searching for policies. You can ask Gracie anything policy- related, and she will filter through all our policies to provide the best answer.

Impact Mentorship

The Impact Mentorship program was created to give you an experienced Bainbridge team member outside your community to help you learn Bainbridge’s software, best practices, and day-to-day activities during your first weeks on the job.

Service Managers are mentored directly by their Community Manager.

The Impact Mentor program is available for the following Bainbridge positions: Leasing Specialist (3 Meetings) Assistant Community Manager (3 Meetings) Community Manager (4 Meetings) Service Manager (6 weeks alongside your own Community Manager)

After you have completed your meetings, your Mentor will then remain as a resource to ask questions to and assist you throughout your career with Bainbridge.
