Team Member Initiation is offered bi-weekly and gives a great introduction into The Bainbridge Company and the important role you play by joining our team.

You may register on TBU in advance, or Learning & Development will send you a personal invite the day before the class date. You will receive emails detailing how to join the class. TMI is a virtual program You’ll participate in 1 to 4 sessions, depending on your position.
Product Knowledge Workbook
Day 1 of TMI: Tuesdays, bi-weekly in the a.m. All Team Members including Corporate attend You’ll share your strengths and our purpose together. We’ll look at your benefits and how you’ll be an important part of our mission, vision and core values. Day 2 of TMI: Wednesdays, bi-weekly in the a.m. (same week as Day 1) Office Team members only Focused on Sales and Luxury Experience Day 3 of TMI: Fridays, bi-weekly in the a.m. (same week as Day 1) Continuation of Sales/Luxury Experience from Day 2 Community Managers attend a separate Community Manager-focused TMI session with Barbara Carrera at a later date. You will be notified by Barbara of the date and time Watch for your email and calendar invite
