Impact Mentorship

The Impact Mentorship program was created to give you an experienced Bainbridge team member outside your community to help you learn Bainbridge’s software, best practices, and day-to-day activities during your first weeks on the job.

Service Managers are mentored directly by their Community Manager.

The Impact Mentor program is available for the following Bainbridge positions: Leasing Specialist (3 Meetings) Assistant Community Manager (3 Meetings) Community Manager (4 Meetings) Service Manager (6 weeks alongside your own Community Manager)

After you have completed your meetings, your Mentor will then remain as a resource to ask questions to and assist you throughout your career with Bainbridge.
