Impact Mentorship
The Impact Mentorship program was created to give you an experienced Bainbridge team member outside your community to help you learn Bainbridge ’ s software , best practices , and day - to - day activities during your first weeks on the job .
Service Managers are mentored directly by their Community Manager .
The Impact Mentor program is available for the following Bainbridge positions : Leasing Specialist ( 3 Meetings ) Assistant Community Manager ( 3 Meetings ) Community Manager ( 4 Meetings ) Service Manager ( 6 weeks alongside your own Community Manager )
After you have completed your meetings , your Mentor will then remain as a resource to ask questions to and assist you throughout your career with Bainbridge .
