Also known as the Leader Preview call. A live, virtual call led by the Comms team with updates/ info contributed by support departments and leaders. Post-call, the presentation deck is shared out with attendees.

AUDIENCE: Regional Operations and Corporate Directors and up CONTENT: • Initial mentions of upcoming initiatives and programs • Topics received from monthly call for content (sent 2 weeks prior to call) • Leader-specific updates and action items • Key mentions from previous calls

Key Dates Slide

FORMAT: Content is bucketed into one of three sections (Act Now, What’s Ahead + New, Always On) and concisely presented. Talking points should be geared towards leader-specific info/action items. To keep within the one-hour time frame, certain updates may be combined where it makes sense, included in the deck only (not spoken to live), or shifted to the next month’s call (depending on what it is/timeline). Leaders are welcome to speak to their slide however Comms is always available to speak on their behalf.

FLEX SPACE: Key dates/mention slide, last mentions at end of call, dedicated slide for post-call inclusion.

INCLUSION DEADLINE: Content due the Wednesday before the call. Deck is circulated with all speakers before the call.
