Bell Contracts has signalled its ambition and confidence in the future with an investment of more than £3m in new state-of-the-art headquarters in Cookstown. Showcasing the high-quality work the contractor is renowned for, the modern office complex is aimed at promoting collaboration and providing the space and facilities to support its continued expansion. A new open reception area in the entrance sets a professional tone and offers a welcoming first impression for visitors. Designed to support the needs of a modern construction business, the building houses a spacious open-plan quantity surveying office, encouraging

communication and teamwork among commercial staff. Separate private offices provide space for future growth, while flexible hot-desk areas offer staff and visiting colleagues a place to work. Meeting facilities have also been expanded, with a mix of a smaller rooms for everyday discussions and a large boardroom for senior reviews and client presentations. Alongside modern office areas, the complex offers additional storage capacity for site equipment and resources, making the business more efficient and scalable.
