Erissa Ivey Assistant Director Program Management
Erissa has over 16 years of dedicated service with the Department of Aviation and currently serves as the Assistant Director of Program Management in Planning & Development. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Clark Atlanta University and oversees organizational development, budgeting, facility and fleet management, and document control. Throughout her career, Erissa has gained extensive experience in administrative management, contract administration, and project oversight, consistently improving operational efficiency and streamlining processes. She leads a team of document control specialists and collaborates with HR to support professional growth and develop staff into leadership roles. Passionate about organizational advancement, she is committed to optimizing systems, enhancing collaboration, and fostering high-performing teams. Looking ahead, Erissa aims to continue strengthening her leadership skills to drive innovation and operational excellence. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active in her sorority, traveling, exercising, spending time with family, and exploring new cuisines.
