Rachel Gruber is the enthusiastic Aviation Program Manager for the Airline and Commercial Affairs Team at Denver International Airport (DEN). With six years at DEN, she brings experience from Government Affairs, where she served as Interim Vice President and Manager of Regional Affairs, to her current role overseeing operational readiness for airport projects requiring coordination with airlines and DEN divisions. Rachel successfully led the A East Ground Load project, delivering 14 new gates, a holdroom, and support spaces, and is finalizing a new 30-year lease for the fixed-base operator—the first of its kind in airport history. Previously, she directed the EcoPass initiative, securing a $1.9 million contract to provide reduced transit passes for 3,000+ concessionaire employees. Before DEN, she managed business development and events for the Aurora Chamber of Commerce. A Colorado State University graduate and AAAE Certified Member, Rachel loves traveling, exploring new cuisines, and attending concerts and sporting events. Garrett Meyers Internal Audit Manager Finance

Garrett Meyers serves as the Internal Audit Manager at Denver International Airport. In his role, Garrett helps plan, design, and execute risk-based audits to assess and improve the internal control environment at DEN. He graduated with a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Kansas. Before joining DEN in 2023, Garrett spent nearly eight years in public accounting, primarily as a consultant providing outsourced internal audit and risk services. Looking ahead, Garrett will help lead the internal audit team’s efforts to continuously adapt their audit plans and approaches to identify and address the evolving risks of the airport.
Alyssum Skjeie is the Exhibitions Curator within the art team at Denver International Airport (DEN). As part of the Customer Experience department, she is passionate about creating inspiring moments that establish a sense of place for staff and travelers. She looks forward to growing with the art program at DEN through exhibitions and Public Art commissions with an eye towards enhancing the customer experience through engaging programs and displays. She holds a degree in design from CSU Long Beach, and master’s in architectural history from the University of Virginia.
