Amy Liu, AICP manages the Climate Resilience program at PHL. She leads the implementation of the PHL Stormwater Management Plan and PHL Climate Adaptation and Resilience Plan. Her professional background is in stormwater management and she worked at at the Philadelphia Water Department for 10.5 years prior to joining PHL. Amy aims to learn more about climate science, H&H modeling, airfield drainage and aviation master planning. She is passionate about public service, environmental stewardship and social justice. She has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara and a Master’s in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University. She enjoys dancing, going to the gym and traveling in her free time.
DeAsia Tyler is the Safety Manager for the Philadelphia International Airport and the Philadelphia Northeast Airport, where she is responsible for the health and safety of the Department of Aviation’s employees. Her Master’s of Science is in Environmental Protection and Safety Management from Saint Joseph’s University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/ Public Administration from Elizabeth City State University. She is passionate about emergency response. DeAsia aims to create a positive safety culture for all employees.
Ed Davis is a Project Manager at PHL airport, where they oversee a diverse range of construction projects from initial planning through to project closeout. Holding a degree in Civil Engineering from Temple University, they bring a specialized background in water transport and aviation project management. With experience in design, project management, construction coordination, and team leadership, Ed is dedicated to fostering strong teams and promoting continuous professional development. Looking ahead, Edward aspires to progress into senior leadership roles, pursue an advanced degree, and serve as a mentor to develop the next generation of leaders within the industry.
