Corliss Davenport is the Director of ATL Workforce. With over two decades of leadership experience, she played a key role in the 2016 Economic Impact Study and the development of ATL’s Registered and Youth Apprenticeship programs. A graduate of Spelman College with a master’s from Clark Atlanta University and an educational specialist degree from Troy State University, Mrs. Davenport also holds a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certificate from Purdue University. She began her career as a teacher and principal, earning recognition for transforming schools. Mrs. Davenport served as a principal for several years and received Governor’s Honors for her school’s progression into a School of Excellence. She joined the ATL team in 2017.
Sekou McHenry is a strategic thought leader at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, where he develops key performance indicators and data frameworks that measure the impact of the airport’s workforce and education initiatives. With a background spanning IT, systems design, and creative strategy, he specializes in building integrated solutions that streamline reporting, forecasting, and decision-making across departments. His work transforms complex data into actionable insights that drive organizational strategy and resource alignment. Combining technical precision with design thinking, Mr. McHenry ensures that ATL’s workforce programs operate with clarity, accountability, and measurable success, advancing the airport’s mission of operational and workforce excellence.
