AirMAX Participants • Articulate the business project: Clearly communicate their business project statements to foster cross-pollination of ideas and innovation. • Ask key questions or themes: Engage in discussions by posing insightful questions or focusing on pertinent themes related to their roles. • Identify ATL efforts: Recognize efforts made by ATL that addressed a business challenge which can include insights on key decisions, lessons learned, resources and initiatives. ATL Subject-Matter Experts • Listen and asking questions: Actively listen to the viewpoints of AirMAX participants and inquire to gain deeper insights into their perspectives and challenges. • Share knowledge: Share relevant expertise, experiences, and resources to enrich discussions and foster collaborative learning. • Highlight best practices, challenges, and efforts: Bring attention to successful strategies, obstacles faced, and ongoing efforts within the project or initiative.
