While some internal controls exist to check the accuracy of reported revenues, DEN does not have continuous monitoring (sometimes referred to as continuous auditing) techniques in place using analytical tools. A continuous monitoring program will help identify risky and potentially non-compliant revenue reporting that may warrant further auditing attention. DENVER BPIE
