LATL ENO AIRMAX COHORT PARTICIPANT David Washington Director | Support Services As technology becomes a greater focus and influence within Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, AIS is challenged with ensuring the technology deployed throughout the department provides legitimate business value. In addition, the allocation of financial resources throughout the budget development cycle does not always align with the department’s strategic objectives. This makes it imperative to integrate the budgeting process and the project intake workflow. To address this challenge, I propose implementing a collaborative approach that integrates technology, process improvement, and cross-departmental engagement. ATLANTA BPIE
