ATL ENO AIRMAX COHORT PARTICIPANT Shermaine Freeman, MPM, PMP Director | Business Services Business Project Statement: At the scale of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, success hinges on having the right resources—especially people—in the right place at the right time. A major challenge is the absence of a formal system to define baseline and future personnel needs. Without centralized workforce data and strategic forecasting, resource alignment and long-term planning remains limited. The objective of this project is to establish a centralized, data-informed workforce planning model to evaluate current staffing levels, forecast future needs, and align personnel resources across divisions. The model will be built on a comprehensive workload analysis, leave trend insights, and the identification of a scalable workforce planning solution. Success will be demonstrated through improved workforce forecast accuracy, reduced vacancy fill time, and more balanced workforce utilization rates across key operational functions. This initiative will support long-term planning, cost efficiency, and more strategic resource deployment at ATL. ATLANTA BPIE
