ATL ENO AIRMAX COHORT PARTICIPANT Tracy Gilbert Director Community | Affairs and Strategic Partnerships, Outreach + Engagement ATL is a global industry leader for its efficiency in operations managing 1,900 aircraft operations daily and moving 108.1 million passengers annually, but there is a lack of public knowledge both internally and externally about its social responsibility outreach initiatives. The local community assumes that Delta Air Lines leads Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport’s community engagement initiatives. ATL employs 63,000 employees. We can leverage our relationships with our stakeholders to create a global force for good to shape stronger and more sustainable communities. ATL’s Community Affairs Team manages all outreach efforts in area communities. This program influences ATL’s culture and branding. By engaging stakeholders’ enterprise-wide, we are contributing towards the economic vitality of area communities. Companies that implement social responsibility efforts have higher retention rates, stronger loyalty and better business performance. ATL will measure its impact by illustrating the value of volunteer hours. ATLANTA BPIE
