SHARING KNOWLEDGE, BUILDING LEADERS
I remained at Emerald level for more than two years – and the reason is simple: I lacked the knowledge of how to build a strong team. I could recruit people, and they joined my business, but because I focused only on selling and pushing stock, people eventually lost interest or became comfortable in one position, as I did myself. Attending High Tea training was a turning point. Alma’s presentation on the 80/20 rule opened my eyes. I applied it from May 2024, and that’s when things changed. We began hosting team presentations, and my group PV grew from 400 to 800. This growth happened because I started sharing knowledge with my team. They began working towards their own goals, recruiting new Members, and bringing their downliners to presentations to gain knowledge. That sharing of knowledge not only helped them grow, it also helped me grow.

Firstly, I want to thank God for making this achievement possible. Special thanks to our Blesser, Alma – may you live long. I also want to thank my husband and children for their support and for allowing me the time to focus on my INUKA business successfully. A special acknowledgement goes to my friend, colleague, and business partner, Mbali Nhlapho, for believing in me. To Team Enhle and Team Mama Alie – words fail me. I cannot fully express my gratitude. I truly appreciate your commitment, your enthusiasm, your tireless efforts, and most of all, the love you have shown to me and to one another. I started my INUKA journey in April 2021. Within four months in the business, I was already an Emerald Leader, and to this day I have never missed my Club 40. The key is to start by ensuring you achieve and value the foundation phase (Club 40). Before joining INUKA, I was running a loan share business. I had an NCR certificate and operated professionally, but people would still run away with the money. For this reason, I eventually closed the business. When Mbali introduced me to INUKA, I realised that this is a low-risk yet high-profit business. She challenged me with a 90-day plan. In my first month, I became a Pearl Leader. In the second month, I became a Ruby Leader, and by the fourth month, I was promoted to Emerald Leader.
Today, I am proud to say that I have already promoted nine Emerald Leaders, and I believe they will go even further.
When I started this business, I made a promise to myself: I would never again use my salary to pay for my children’s school fees and transport, as my salary was already stretched thin. Thanks to INUKA profits alone, I have not only been able to cover these costs but also to achieve so much more. Let us continue pushing forward, one leader at a time. Give your best to your business. Allow your mobile shop to operate every hour, every day – because with INUKA, it truly is possible.
