INUKA IS NOT ONLY A FINANCIAL BREAKTHROUGH
My Double Diamond Journey began when I maintained Diamond Status for 2 consecutive quarters. That's when the building of other leaders began. It started last May at our first INUKA VIP High Tea hosted in Sandton, where leaders sat with their team leaders at a table. I had only 2 Downlines from my team, and the session was very eye- opening. I aimed to fill at least one table of Emeralds who maintained this status. At our second High Tea Event, I had 6 Members at 1 table, which was a big celebration of hope and growth for us. In Sales Quarter 4, I built 7 more Emerald Leaders in October. The goal remains to fill up the 2nd table at High Tea. I am proud to be leading a fantastic Team in the North West. It's not easy because most of my Team Members are my elders. However, their respect and response at our weekly sessions is fantastic. Without them, there wouldn't be the presentations because who will we communicate the information to? I salute my team. I am proud of you all and how far we have come! Celebrate all the small wins because they lead to bigger ones. Work towards every Quarterly Incentive as they lead to greater rewards. It doesn't matter when you reach the following status; maintain your current status first and make sure that you always focus on your WHY.
First and foremost, I am grateful to have met my Upline, Ntebaleng Ditheko (Aus Charity), and been introduced to such a fantastic business opportunity. We should not forget our main Blesser, Ndlovukazi Alma Gericke, for the best idea that changed our lives. I want to take it back to when I started my INUKA Business in October 2015, when my daughter was only 7 months old and was still under my mother's care. I was desperate and needed money as I was replaced at my previous workplace for taking an extra month of maternity leave without being informed. I started selling the INUKA Products to make a living without understanding the Compensational Plan. In 2018, I attended our first Sales Quarter and GALA event in Sun City. That was the time I started to be serious about my INUKA Business. I knew that I had received all the answers I needed because MY WHY (my daughter) was growing, and her father left us and didn't maintain her. I was waiting for any opportunity to see me as a success as a mother. After becoming a Diamond Leader, I managed to buy my first car cash with the Annual Rewards, have a place my daughter calls home, and regain self-esteem. I am more empowered than before, my self-development is intact, and my personal growth is high. I've earned the respect of my community and other single mothers, and we can stand up for ourselves with or without the other parent's presence.
