I have always dreamed about achieving this title and learned that hard work makes dreams come true. What were the biggest challenges you had to overcome to Diamond Leader Status? My biggest challenge was to believe in my own leadership abilities. I already had a Diamond Leader in my Downline, which kept me on my toes. One of my 2nd generation Downline helped me work for Diamond Leader Status, which pushed me to motivate the other Team Members to work and keep trying. What advice would you give someone who is trying to reach Diamond Status? Never look behind you to see who is following you. Remain focused on your goal. Always remember that every Member of your Team matters. Please encourage them to work for status changes and to maintain their status then. For you to succeed in this business, work on the Success Pillars: Sell, Recruit and Promote.
What advice would you give to someone who is starting their INUKA Business? INUKA is like all other businesses. You have to invest in your business both financially and in your time. Have product knowledge to sell and keep a record of customer preferences. Be a good listener and always accept positive criticism and suggestions from Team Members and clients. Don't forget to do promotions for your clients, but make sure they are profitable and healthy for your business. Why did you decide to commit yourself to the INUKA Business Opportunity?

How do you support your Team?
I have regular online meetings on my WhatsApp group and do one-on-one sessions with my Members. I motivate my Team and encourage them to attend INUKA presentations.
