ELP – EMERGING LEADERS PROGRAM
Facilitate leaders with tools and strategies to enhance their leadership capability. Learn the Shangri-La leadership competencies through an action-focused approach. Topics include:
PURPOSE
- Leadership brand awareness – Time management – Financial Acumen & marketing - Feedback, coaching and mentoring – Problem solving and innovation
6 phases of 4 hours each facilitated by accredited facilitators (L1 leaders) over a period of 6 to 12 weeks. Program transfer to L1 and L2 facilitators takes 1 week from 9:00am to 5:30pm each day and it is conducted by the Area Dir. of L&D
DURATION
Transfer audience: L1 and L2 leaders who will become accredited facilitators. Program audience: L3 and high potential L4 leaders.
AUDIENCE
Facilitated in the property: face to face.
LOCATION
Behavioural changes through reflection on self-leadership style. Performance increase: through applying the models to enhance people and time mgmt.
