At the completion of Finding Your Forte, each participant will receive or complete a forte with the validated findings of the assessments and facilitated discussions that will be used as a strategic blueprint for their plan and execution. (2 nd and 3 rd phases). CLIENT COMMITMENT This approach requires that we establish a trusted advisor relationship through collaborative solution building, encouragement of progress and holding clients accountable to themselves. DECISIONS – Ultimately all decisions are the responsibility of the client. ACCOUNTABLE - We aim to hold clients accountable to themselves and their plans. COMMITMENT TO EXECUTION – This program requires a personal commitment to drive changes that grow your impact and follow through on execution of action items. It is important for our client to make that commitment before we proceed. The client can count on Your Crescendo to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The client understands that the power of the relationship can only be granted by the client and the client agrees to do just that— have the coaching relationship be powerful. If the client believes that coaching is not working as desired, the client will immediately communicate that to the coach and both will take action to remedy the situation.
