We recently com- pleted a project for a client that purchased a 213,000 s/f industrial asset on Island Road in Mahwah, New Jersey, and retained us to design a renova- tion and upgrade that would position the vacant, former single-occupant property for multi-tenant use. The project centered on a complete shell renovation – including the redesign of the entrances – as well as a number of functional improvements.
