This free annual event will feature a variety of fun activities for the whole family, including live entertainment, inflatables, photos with a bunny, and carnival games. The highlight of the event is the egg scavenger hunt, divided into age-based time slots. Participants can fill their bags with eggs filled with candy and other goodies.

The program host various activities including all inclusive dances and a resource fair.

PUBLIC ART PROGRAMS ONGOING
VARIOUS LOCATIONS
To expand public art and establish and grow a world class public art program that serves all districts and neighborhoods, is the second goal of the Arts and Culture Master Plan, approved by the Costa Mesa City Council in March 2021. Funds for this program will contribute to a Public Art Fund to implement various public art projects, both temporary and permanent, around the City.

The City of Costa Mesa owns over 120 utility boxes throughout the city and is dedicated to incorporating art into public spaces. A Utility Box Art Program was launched in early 2015 to spotlight a handful of utility boxes as beautiful art pieces.

SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM Application and payment are required to reserve your space at the event. Serving food at events is prohibited unless pre-approved by City staff. Sponsors must stay within their event booth space unless otherwise advised in writing by staff. PAYMENT Payment is required before sponsor’s participation in any event. Payments are made per event or in one installment. Sponsor will be invoiced for payment. Payment is accepted in credit card, cash or check. Make checks payable to the City of Costa Mesa, a 170(c)(3) governmental unit, Tax ID 95-6005030. Payment is tax-deductible if made for a public purpose.
