Truly rare opportunity to own a proven polled power donor. As the breed moves toward polled cattle to meet the demand, most have been maternal in nature. It is time to influx more power back into polled breeding. It is said that 20% of donors produce 80% of the embryos and if you get one keep flushing her. Ten years ago she would have never left the farm but I am slowing down and sharing her. She has been flushed IVF twice, with no drugs or prep (just hauled her in from the pasture). Flushed two weeks apart, she averaged 18 viable embryos using reverse sorted semen. You can expect even better results with conventional semen since she averaged 40 ovocytes per flush. She is just now in her prime, easy fleshing, easy to handle, smooth made, and has excellent feet. Her sire is a CB Western 2nd and Morello cross that will not be duplicated as I have the only semen available on him (about 10 units). Her dam was a smooth made polled cow from Three Sixes, Molson, and Jade. She is smooth polled but comes from a mostly horned pedigree. Diluter Free.
