Cathedral School for Boys , a department of Grace Cathedral, is accredited by the California Association of Independent Schools (CAIS), and is a member of the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) and the National Association of Episcopal Schools (NAES). As an institution with 501(c)(3) nonprofit status, it relies on the generosity of individual and community support and an active Parents Association to fund its annual operating and capital needs.
