Each of these stories underscores the conference’s central message: Connection is not an abstract goal; it is a daily practice. And it matters profoundly in the lives of boys. A TESTAMENT TO COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP The success of the conference speaks to Cathedral School’s leadership and the community’s shared commitment to educating the whole boy. Our conversations did not stop at the school’s front doors. They rippled outward into homes, classrooms, and hearts. It was a powerful reminder that when a school invites parents in as true partners, lasting change becomes possible. As a parent, I am especially concerned that Gen Z has the lowest dating rate in history. If young people are not practicing the skills they need to build strong partnerships, how
