Della Davidson Prize DAWN FRANK HOLTAN is a dance theater artist who creates collaboratively. Her work is always interdisciplinary, blending nonlinear stories with raw movement and live sound. An Oakland native, Bard College graduate, and former co-director of Frank and Bryan Dance, Dawn’s “poignant and unpretentious” early work was performed throughout the greater Bay Area, in New York, and abroad.
