Nikayla Glodowski graduated from Carroll University in Waukesha in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a minor in psychology. She began her nursing career at Aspirus Wausau Hospital, where she is now entering her fifth year as a medical surgical ICU and neuro ICU Registered Nurse. Her dedication to community service is evident through her involvement with organizations such as Camp Hope, UW-Madison Tissue and Organ Donation, With These Hands Knit/ Crochet Service Group, and United Way Emerging Leaders. In addition to her ICU roles, Nikayla has spent the past three years as a trained forensic nurse, contributing to community-based research and serving on teams like Marathon County Child Protective Services, Marathon County Emergency Response Teams and the WI Attorney General Sexual Assault Response Team. Nikayla’s ultimate goal is to leverage the leadership and decision-making skills from her MBA program and nursing background to advance into senior leadership positions within the healthcare field and community. She aims to gain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare topics, economics, technology and analytics to lead teams effectively and focus on community initiatives and projects. Nikayla hopes to impact her local communities by working with healthcare and community organizations to develop policies that address social determinants of health, increasing access to healthcare and community resources. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, traveling with family and cheering on the Packers. Nikayla looks forward to networking and growing with other MBA candidates.
