Jacob Larsen has a passion for helping those around him and giving back to the community. This passion has driven him to pursue his MBA and in the future, he hopes he can help people through his work in business. In his role as an intern at Thrivent Financial, he has experience planning and marketing company events. Jacob also has experience working with small businesses and local professionals. He graduated from UW-Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Jacob feels the UWSP MBA program will help him gain more knowledge of the business world and further his career. He hopes the MBA program can challenge him academically to strengthen his work in day-to-day business tasks. Jacob’s dream job is to work on a team of financial advisors while making community involvement a centerpiece in his practice. Jacob is looking forward to expanding his network and working with his peers. He’s also excited to dive into more focused and applied business topics.
