Tracy Pecore is a dedicated marketing professional and lifelong learner currently pursuing an MBA in Applied Leadership and Decision-Making. For over two decades, she prioritized her family’s growth and success, putting her own educational goals on hold to support her children’s academic and athletic pursuits. Now, with her children forging their own paths, Tracy is embracing the opportunity to focus on her personal and professional development. Tracy earned her BFA in Graphic Design from UW-Stevens Point in 2003 and began her career by establishing the first graphic design role at Ho-Chunk Gaming Nekoosa. She later served as an editor in Black River Falls before returning to her creative roots at Ho-Chunk Gaming Wittenberg. In 2014, she was promoted to director of marketing, where she now leads a team of 35, fostering innovation and growth. Her goals after graduation include enhancing her communication skills, becoming more confident in public speaking and mastering leadership strategies that drive team success. Tracy is passionate about empowering others, maintaining an open-door policy and leading with empathy and integrity. Outside of work, Tracy is deeply connected to her culture, participating in powwows and creating traditional beadwork and sewing projects—skills she’s passed on to her daughter. She also supports her community through scholarship initiatives for Native American students. Above all, Tracy is a proud mother of three and continues to cheer them on as they pursue careers in law, emergency services and collegiate athletics. She looks forward to connecting with fellow MBA candidates who value growth, leadership and community.
