Chee Yang is a staff accountant at JARP Industries, Inc. where she is responsible for all accounting functions. She is also a co-owner and manager of K&C Ginseng, LLC, a ginseng farm in Marathon County. In this role, Chee manages ginseng cultivation through a variety of business functions, including planning, budgeting, human resources, and sales. Chee earned a bachelor’s in accounting from Upper Iowa University. Chee is pursuing an MBA to become a better leader and businesswoman. She believes the program will broaden her way of thinking and teach her how to make strategic business decisions. She is ready to build upon her current knowledge of business operations to advance her skills and strive for continuous growth. Chee feels strongly that her career goals and dreams align with the purpose of the MBA curriculum. Each professional connection gained through the program will broaden her network and inspire her to become a more influential leader. Chee’s goal is to lead by example and motivate others to continue striving for success by sharing her MBA experience. Outside of work, Chee enjoys fishing, spending quality time with family and being active. Prioritizing physical and mental health is very important to Chee. Maintaining a good balance between family, health and wellness allows her to deliver better results.
