The Student Living Resident Portal is your one stop area to register for events, manage rental payments, bookings and maintenance requests.

Select A Permission to speak to parents.
Select A Lodge a maintenance request.
É Enter the details of the parent/s you wish to grant permission to speak to us on your behalf for accounts and wellbeing matters. É Check the box A Agree to speak to parent at the end of the form. É Select A Save and Continue.
É Select A your current room number, scroll to the bottom and lodge your request. É Detail your request in the comment box. É Select A Submit to complete. Programmed Facility Maintenance will action your request within 2 – 4 business days. If you wish to enquire or have questions about your request, contact the Student Accommodation Team 1300 138 497 or enquiries@accommodation.utas.edu.au .

A R G Changing your password É
Select A Forgotten password.
É A link to reset your password will be sent to your registered Resident Portal email address. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the reset link. É Click A the link and create a new password, ensure it contains at least 8 letters, an uppercase, a lowercase, a symbol, and a number. If you have forgotten the email address you used to register for the Resident Portal, contact the Student Accommodation Team enquiries@accommodation.utas.edu.au or 1300 138 497 .
