Qualifications Technically qualified, minimum NVQ level 4, in appropriate engineering, construction or facilities management discipline.
Security Successful external candidates will be required to complete pre-employment checks. This includes security vetting to Counter Terrorist Check (CTC) level or Security Check (SC) or higher, as described in the job description. All successful candidates are required to pass these checks before an offer can be confirmed. To enable meaningful checks to be carried out you will need to have lived in the UK for a sufficient period of time. Experience, Skills and Knowledge Substantial experience of: Experience • Experience of creating maintenance schedules using software systems in complex sites, for mechanical and electrical systems, with operational knowledge of ISO 50001 processes, SFG20 and CAFM systems. • Experience of supporting and implementing CAFM systems upgrades, including stakeholder communications, supplier liaison and monitoring performance post implementation. • To be able to demonstrate knowledge of statutory regulations associated with all building services and Permits to Work systems in highly regulated and controlled environments. • Ability to work pro-actively with broad teams including Contractors, internal teams and stakeholders. • Commercially aware with a sound knowledge of budget preparation, activity prioritisation based on affordability and financial management for maintenance services.
